My entire professional career has been linked to Life Sciences.
As a Biologist I started working in research in Girona but due to my open nature I quickly decided to make the leap to the pharmaceutical industry.
Since then, I have been working as Product Manager, National Head of Sales and Marketing, Business Unit Director and Co-Managing Director from Barcelona and in my most recent stage as European Director based in London.
Currently I have established my own project, Culmina, a consultancy firm to put all my experience within the reach of any organization in the Life Sciences market: national and international Pharmaceutical Industry, Biotechs, Start-ups, Foundations and Patient Associations… to reinforce its leadership capability and generate value and growth.

Executive with more than 25 years of proven experience in Top Management roles in multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in commercial strategy, marketing, sales, medical affairs, alliance management and participation in product evaluations, acquisitions, and co-promotions.
Used to working to achieve goals in high performance environments in direct relationship with national and international teams.
Currently I also enjoy sharing my experience from the other side as a professor of “Marketing Concepts”, “Funding Innovation” and “Value Generation” in the Master in Commercial Management and Marketing of Pharmaceutical and related Industries – International Management at CESIF.
